Conveniently located just south of historic downtown St. Augustine, you’re close to landmarks, dining, shopping, and beaches. Stay with us for the perfect St. Augustine getaway! The space Our space is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom two story condo. The condo sits within a duplex we also own the condo next door. Looking for more space, you can book both A and B together. Guest access Our triplex is privately owned and parking is free, we only ask you bring 2 cars for your stay. Please park along the fence in front of the recycling and trash cans. Other things to note We love Florida living and all that comes with it, even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds, and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and food stored & sealed properly ensures a little lizard or other friends won't come in.
