Our house is located in the heart of the walled city of Peñíscola, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, the fishing port and the Castle Gate. Located in the trendy area, surrounded by good restaurants; you will stay in a small independent apartment, comfortable and with soul, perfect for a couple. It is ideal whether you want to visit a wonderful Mediterranean village... or if you want to telework as we have high-speed Wi-Fi fiber optic. The space My house is in the epicenter of Peñiscola, within the spectacular walls that served as the setting for Game of Thrones, the most picturesque and authentic area of the city and making it worthy of being considered one of the most beautiful villages in the Mediterranean. This house has belonged to my family for several generations, so it is very special to me. After careful renovation and equipping it with quality facilities, we have tried to preserve the authenticity and soul to share with our guests the simple luxury of living on our Mediterranean. The apartment is inserted in a typical Mediterranean house, so it does not have an elevator or is ideal for people with mobility problems or babies. The small apartment, 35 m2, with a maximum capacity for 2 guests, has the following spaces: - Bedroom with Queen large double bed (150 x 200), to ensure a good rest, LED lights, with ocean view and exit to the outdoor terrace. The space has 2 reading lamps and a mirror wardrobe. - Equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, fridge, toaster...) and its kitchen utensils. It has basic condiments to cook as well as tea, complimentary jams and infusions. There is also paper towels, a cloth, detergent, and a washing machine to wash the dishes, thus avoiding the inconveniences and the cost of making this basic purchase. - Dining room with its table comfortable wicker armchairs, flat screen TV and exit to the outdoor balcony that overlooks Calle Mayor, a very picturesque area, with 2 chairs to sit and enjoy the atmosphere from the balcony. - Storage area with large additional wardrobe to comfortably store luggage. - A bathroom with a shower tray, hydromassage column and screen, for a repairing bathroom. Toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and hair dryer are provided. We offer bedding and two towels (bathroom and toilet) per guest. In long stays we clean and change all linens twice a week at no extra cost. We have free fiber-optic (1000 Mbps) high-speed WiFi, which will allow you to stay connected or work remotely. The apartment has a quality A/C system through ducts (3000 frigories) and heating, guaranteeing a very pleasant stay both in winter and in summer. Guest access The house has a spectacular solarium terrace overlooking the sea, the fishing port, Castillo and Sierra de Irta. In this spacious space there are only two tables with chairs, each belonging exclusively to an apartment. You'll surely enjoy the ocean view from this impressive viewpoint! On the roof we also have the laundry and drying area, with laundry, clothesline, washing machine, softener and washing powders, everything you need to do the laundry will always be at your disposal for free. Other things to note Inside the walled area there is no parking, since it is a pedestrian area, so if you are traveling by car you will have to park at the foot of the walls. There is free area in low season, but in high season there is parking paid area (affordable prices). The advantage of staying in my house is that once installed, you will not need to move the car since we are in the center. In case you carry luggage we will manage the access permit with your car to the door of the house, for loading and unloading. To do this we will need your plate number 72 hours in advance. The access code to get the keys (key box on the door) will be provided once the check-in form has been completed and the property is in perfect condition for the next guests to check in, i.e., always on the day of check-in.
