Infants count as guests and will be charged the extra guest fee of $15/night. Guest access The studio is part of the guest house located behind and to the side of the hosts home. Guests enter through a side gate. Cleanliness: This studio is deep cleaned between each stay. Bedding and towels are freshly laundered. Guests staying for long stays will be charged an additional $40 per week cleaning fee, or $5 per day after one week. There is a $30 per pet fee added to reservations with pets, you will receive an additional charge accordingly. No pets left unattended unless crated. No pets on beds and furnitures.
