This cozy studio, with its large terrace and beautiful bathroom is ideally located in a quiet area, halfway between Chambéry and Aix les Bains (10 min), the large Chambéry Nord shopping area and access to the expressway (800 m), beer bar, bowling alley, climbing room and trampoline center (800 m), Lake Bourget (5 min by car), bike path to reach the lake within a km, Musilac (14 min by car) The space This studio is located in a barn converted into 4 apartments On the ground floor of a one-way street. It is equipped with electric shutters, it is composed of a large bathroom with shower and corner bathtub, a cozy living room with an extendable console for meals and a coffee table with a liftable tray for TV trays and a sofa bed with a new mattress for 2 people (recently changed for daily use for more comfort), a retractable bed for 1 person, a kitchen with a standing table for 2 people and a large sunny terrace equipped with a table for 4 people and garden furniture with a parasol 🅿️ a private and free parking space is located right in front of the entrance to the house, if you come with more than one vehicle please let me know, I will tell you where to park so as not to disturb the neighborhood, 🐶 Pets allowed provided they respect the accommodation and furniture 🛏️ Bed linen and towels are only provided as a paid option €5/bedding set €3 for bath towels/pers (A small and a large towel) (For your information, the cleaning lady charges me for the maintenance of the linen, I take part of the cost but ask for a small contribution) 🧹 The cleaning fee does not include: washing the dishes and throwing away the garbage and picking up your pet's waste in the "garden" if this is the case I will ask you to do this before you leave, thank you ☺️ When you leave: - Check that you haven't forgotten anything - Wash and tidy dishes (empty the dishwasher) - Throw away your garbage (garbage cans in front of the house) - Check that you have not forgotten food (fridge, oven...) - Turn off the heaters - Turn off lights (indoor/outdoor) - Close the windows - If you have a pet, pick up your pet's waste in the garden if necessary - Remember to put the key back in the lockbox after locking 💡Good to know: I am not a hospitality professional, but I invest time and energy, and it is with pleasure that I will do everything to ensure you have a good time in our beautiful region! ❤️ Want to surprise your sweetheart I offer an optional additional service - Red heart balloon + artificial rose petals + bottle of sparkling rosé: €25 - A platter of charcuterie + cheeses + bottle of red wine: €50 for two people Or €65 for both Options are to be paid before your arrival and subject to availability! I have made a list of restaurants and things to do in the area that I particularly like, please ask me in advance, otherwise you can also find this list in the apartment If I can help make your stay here enjoyable, it's my pleasure! 🚬 No smoking 🥳 Parties are forbidden in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood For any other requests! I remain available! 😉 Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, parking space and its large terrace Other things to note If you come with two cars, the spaces are limited and in order to avoid disturbing the neighbors, I will tell you where to park your second vehicle for free not far from the apartment Please do not park at the neighbors' 🙏🏻
