Magnificent 3 room apartment ideally located in the heart of the historic district and pedestrian area, 2 minutes from the seaside. Recently renovated respecting the soul and the special Cubist architecture of the city of Olhão. It includes a living room with American kitchen and its first terrace, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the very large private roof terrace with its summer kitchen and heated hot tub. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Nintendo, high-quality services. The space I decided to decorate this apartment in a style that is dear to me with quality materials in order to create a place to live together for a family or group of friends. It is located a few meters from the lively little streets, shops, restaurants and markets of the largest fishing port in the Algarve and Ria Formosa. All this is combined with today's comfort, with quality beds and reversible air conditioning in all rooms. The living room forms a living space that allows you to relive memories with Pac-Man, Super Mario and his friends from the Nintendo Classic for fun games at aperitif time in front of a large 55" screen. In its extension, there is the high table in natural stone, then the modern kitchen fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher (because we have something else to do on vacation...), espresso machine (Dolce Gusto) and much more. Directly accessible from the kitchen, the first terrace also includes table and chairs to enjoy without moderation the pleasure of eating outdoors. A staircase connects it to the roof terrace located right in front of the church, in the heart of the old town. It includes a complete summer kitchen (Plancha, refrigerator, sink...), a social area with sofas and coffee table, and the Jacuzzi. It allows you to fully enjoy the sweetness and sunshine of the Algarve, whether in winter or summer. You will spend unforgettable days and evenings, comfortably seated around a drink or a meal, or in the middle of the bubbles and lights of the jacuzzi always at the right temperature. In winter, a heated umbrella ensures the same level of comfort, although the temperature rarely drops below 10 degrees at night. Sheets, towels and bath sheets as well as bathrobes are available: all the great comfort of a real guest house. A laundry room on the terrace has a washer-dryer! to make your life easier. The apartment is also prepared with the necessities for your first continental breakfast :-) No car needed to shop, eat at the restaurant, enjoy the Ria Formosa and access the beaches of the beautiful islands of Culatra, Farol and Armona. Keys are available in a combination safe near the door. However, whenever possible, I always try to welcome my guests in person. Other things to note The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible only by stairs . Self check-in available with a secure key safe for added flexibility. Just a short walk from local cafés, traditional restaurants, fresh markets, and the ferry terminal with boats to the Ria Formosa islands (Culatra, Armona, and Farol).
