Honey Pond Farm is the perfect place to relax and unwind for people of all ages. The home sleeps 16 people with 8 bedrooms which features a brand new rustic, lodge room which includes 6 full built in beds with storage, privacy curtains, fun bedding, lighting, etc. 6.5 bathrooms which includes a steam shower in the master bathroom, a shower over tub in hall bath upstairs and the rest are showers. A lower level which includes a huge state of the art gym, wine cellar, game room with a pool table, shuffleboard & pinball. A wood burning fireplace, full bar with sink and refrigerator, comfortable seating, TV, an office/playroom. Double french doors lead out to the incredible patio with wood burning pizza oven. There is a beautiful front porch with rocking chairs and several patios and decks throughout the house. The deck off of the kitchen/sun room has the most spectacular views of the golf course and mountains. Wonderful seating along with a gas grill and awning. Honey Pond Farm has it's very own USGA rated private golf course! Play as few or as many holes as you want! Practice on the driving range or just go hangout at the caddyshack/halfway house and have a drink! 8 golf carts to drive around the course and the lower property. We like to relax but we like to have fun too! Included with the rental are 10 miles of hiking trails, bicycles, fishing gear, pedal boat, kayaks, croquet, corn hole, bocce, horseshoes, tennis (racquets & balls included), cross country skis, golf clubs/bags and 8 golf carts. Honey Pond Farm will feature many pieces of furniture and decor from the Park Hill Collection often featured on Fixer Upper. Honey Pond Farm is an official Park Hill dealer which means all PHC items are for sale and the entire catalog can be purchased through us. Please note the house's maximum capacity is 16 guests. Although, the house is quite large it doesn't lend itself to more than this amount. There is no common living space other than outside that can hold a group any bigger. The home uses septic & well systems and works best for groups no larger than 16 people. **Booked trips are non-transferable. We do not accept change requests unless made within 48 hours of booking. This does not apply for reservations made within 90 days of arrival. **Signed waiver required to have use of the property. **No pets. Guest access Guests have full access to main & guest house, upper garage and Caddyshack on the golf course. There will be a few locked areas for owners items. Other things to note Please note all guests will have to fill out waivers and the # of guests for each group will be documented.
