If walking is difficult for you, you can rent a scooter for a very low cost and enjoy the warm sand and sea in 3 minutes. Access to scooters is quite easy. It is found in every street. Please don't worry if you don't know how to drive a scooter. Buses that will take you to the sea pass right next to the apartment. You can reach the sea in a short time like 10 minutes. The corporate market, where you can meet your daily basic needs, is 50 meters away. You can meet all your basic needs here. A bus passes in front of the apartment every 10 minutes. Guest access The use of the entire area of the apartment will belong to our guests. As soon as you enter, a clean and well-lit apartment welcomes you. On the lower floor, there is an open kitchen, living room and a specially designed area for you to eat, a balcony from which you can watch the magnificent mountain view, and 1 WC. In the upper area, there is a large and spacious bedroom and bathroom - WC. ▶ You can also use the downstairs sofa as a bed. Our guests can also benefit from the outdoor swimming pool. (in some periods the swimming pool is closed) ▶ Electricity, water, natural gas bills are not included in the accommodation fee. Our guests pay for what they use. All invoices are calculated over 7 € per day and the excess amount will be refunded to our guests at check-out. Invoice amounts are collected in advance according to the number of days upon arrival. There is no refund for the monthly 12€ internet bill. Other things to note - According to the laws in the country, it is obligatory to make a rental contract with our guests. - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
