This home is an excellent choice for family entertaining, and extended vacations. PLEASE READ :The price listed is for full access to the main house ONLY which sleeps up to 12 guests. The House has three King beds, one Queen bed, one full bed and a set of bunk beds. If you have between 12 and 20 guests, you can add on the Casita which sleeps up to 8 guests. The casita has one Queen bed, one Full bed, one pull out Sofa and a set of bunk beds. The Casita is currently $380 per night. (As of December 1, 2023- April -2024, the Casita nightly rate will be $456). The cleaning fee for the Casita is $150 per stay. If you have between 21 and 24 guests, you can add on the Apartment which sleeps up to 4 guests. The Apartment has two Queen beds. The Apartment currently rents for $195 per night. (As of December 1, 2023- April 2024, the Apartment nightly rate will be $234). The cleaning fee for the Apartment is $100 per stay. PLEASE READ :There will be a daily fee to heat the pool if desired during the colder months. The price will depend on the current market price of propane and usage amount. DOGS ARE PERMITTED WITH OWNER PRE-APPROVAL ONLY - ONCE APPROVED, THE FEE CAN BE NEGOTIATED... IF ANY PETS ARE BROUGHT WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL, THERE WILL BE A $1,000 FINE The guest will have full access to the main house which sleeps 12 people. The casita and/or the apartment can be rented at an extra cost to accommodate more guests. The entire property can sleep up to 24 guests. The property is only rented to one group at a time. Available anytime by phone. Close to I-17 and Highway 101 giving you quick easy access to Phoenix Valley. There will be a daily fee to heat the pool if desired during the colder months. The price will depend on the current market price of propane and usage amount. After 12 guests the Casita is needed to be rented at an additional fee to accommodate more guests. Property owner Jim's dwelling shares the driveway and is behind the wall of home and casita. He is available emergencies or immediate assistance.
