Master bedroom has a TV, king size bed, closet, and en suite bathroom with large shower. The second bedroom has a TV, two bunk beds and en suite bathroom with tub. Private balcony off the livingroom faces the back where there is a playground and tennis court. Pool and barbeque area is conveniently located next to the building. All linens are provided. Unit is cleaned to a high standard by a local housekeeper. Other things to note The city of Laconia limits occupancy to 6 people.
