Surrounded by trees and sitting on the edge of the River Dunt, The Studio is the perfect place for couples to relax and explore The Cotswolds. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, along a very quiet country lane in a peaceful hamlet, The Studio is exceptionally well located and offers the best of both worlds with country walks on the doorstep and breath taking views over the rolling hills, yet still within easy reach of Cirencester, Bibury, Stow-on-the Wold and Cheltenham. The space The Studio has recently been built as a three bay Cotswold stone and oak garage with one of the bays as a fully functional kitchen/dining room. As well as a fully equipped kitchen, there is an integrated fridge, dishwasher, built in electric hob and oven. The dining area has built in seating with a large dining table. The space above forms an open plan living room and bedroom, which has been designed to the highest standard with plenty of under eaves storage. A large walk in shower room completes upstairs. There is a smart TV as well as high speed broadband and under floor heating throughout. The Studio is self contained with a small area for sitting to the rear, overlooking the brook. Parking for one or two cars is provided for as well as the use of an electric car charger. Guest access We are very rural, although only 10 minutes to the main town, a car is needed to get around. Other things to note The hosts live in the main house, situated opposite The Studio. Unfortunately we can not accept any pets.
