Loft apartment in Pantín Playa de Baleo, with vintage style and details, 2 minutes from Pantín beach. It's part of Casa Gypsy, a house dedicated to the world of surfing and skateboarding. Ideal apartment for surfer and adventurous families or friends who want to spend a few days between nature,waves and extreme sports. We have in the garden a cement ramp for professional level skateboarding... bbq, pizza oven, hammocks, fireplace, ocean and mountain views and a spectacular sunset. The space It is a spacious apartment completely renovated in October 2022, with a vintage style, three bedrooms, in the village of Pantín, very well located and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, shelves and a coat rack. One of the three bedrooms has a private bathroom with direct access from the bedroom while the other two bedrooms have a private bathroom with no direct access from the bedroom. The house has three floors and the apartment is located on the middle floor and I live on the second floor from May to November. On the ground floor there is another rental apartment that is part of Casa Gypsy, Piso Casa Gypsy Pantìn. The apartment is totally independent and has 3 full bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and a very spacious common area for fun and common leisure. It has a private entrance, a shared common garden area with a skatepark, a fire pit, and a vineyard with hammocks where you can have a good time and relax after a day of surfing or a good hike in the woods surrounding the house. The house also has a concrete skatepark for skateboarding.
