Those 2rooms share a bathroom. On the main floor there is a bedroom with a full bed and a full bathroom. Basement w/a BR downstairs. Foosball set We have multiple fire pits for outside hanging. You can easily access the water to go tubing or hang out by the water. Year round beauty and exercise with local hikes, wineries and breweries nearby, trails and more! Across the river is Harpers ferry brewery! You can hear music year round from there! We have cut down more trees for an even better view since the photos in the listing! Shared driveway that is massive with the house next door. Walk or drive! Wineries and Breweries all around the neighborhood for live music, yummy food and more. There are no parties allowed or you will be asked to leave. One neighbor who we share a driveway with is family and they live there full time. No parties allowed. Three cars max. You can park other cars down the street.
