Why work from home when you can work from "Nature's Cottage". The space The cottage is very spacious. Directly on Green River. High Speed internet so you can work from Nature's Cottage and not have to take vacation. Bring the 2 together. The property is less than 150km from the GTA, this is a perfect place to get out of the city and enjoy nature. There is plenty of living space inside and out. With 6 Muskoka Chairs as well as 2 benches, a beautiful dock to sit on and comfortable furniture on the main deck, lower deck and balcony all overlooking the water, there is always something new to enjoy. Whether it be listening to the beautiful sounds of nature with the sound of the train coming by or seeing beautiful birds including Herons and several others, this beautiful cottage will always have something new for you to see. Hammocks are also available for the guests that like to lounge around. Canoes, paddleboat, kayak, aluminum boat (no motor - bring your own if you want) are all available for your use. If you want to walk to the beautiful township of Washago and see the old mill or just enjoy some restaurants or one of my favorite ice cream places called Scoopz ice cream, it is a beautiful 10 minute walk through a beautiful trail. The property is pet friendly as well and pets are permitted with prior approval and a small fee to help cover additional costs. There is also a 50" Smart TV on the property so you are welcome to log in to your Netflix or Disney + account and many more free internet channels available. There is plenty of space between the neighbours and a lot of privacy. All we ask is to be respectful of the neighbours and not to make excessive noise that will cause a disturbance such as Loud music, backyard gatherings, yelling, shouting, etc... No fireworks on the premise at anytime either. There is a Renter's Code of Conduct for the Short Term Rental we ask the guest booking the property to fill out that outlines these policies. Guest access Entire House - There is a bunkie on site that is not accessible to any guests.
