The space With 4 queen-sized bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms the house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.. Upstairs and downstairs living areas and loads of outdoor spaces provide freedom for guests to roam around. The farm house was designed in Finland with the interior all arctic pine and arctic spruce structured around partially exposed laminated posts and beams manufactured from sustainably sourced timber. The house faces due north, with the covered 30sq metre front terrace (and the upstairs "cocktail lounge" terrace) providing protection from summer sun while in the winter the sun streams inside through the floor to ceiling double glazed windows and doors. The house carries an officially assessed 8 star energy rating. Guest access In total the property is around 12 acres. Guests have access to all the house, the "home paddock" with lots of grass areas for games, the farm and its tree plantation, the fruit tree orchard and "the hill" the scaling of which gives spectacular views. In terms of wildlife, the stands of Tasmanian blackwood trees host a myriad of small birds, while from time to time wombats are in residence on the hill and a wandering local platypus is in the dam.
