Private room – absolutely quiet downtown location

Furnished bedroom of 14 m² in our house renovated in 2021, ideal for a professional on a business trip or temporary relocation. The bedroom is equipped with a 120 cm bed, desk, dresser, as well as a shower room with toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided, offering all the comforts. Strictly non-smoking (including garden). The 110 m² house has a quiet garden and is close to transport (tram, bus, metro) and the Timone hospital. The space House on 2 floors. The private room is on the ground floor of the house and overlooks a courtyard. The shower area closes with a sliding door. The 120 cm bed is almost new (recently installed). The private room is for personal use and is for sleep and work only. Visitors are not accepted without explicit permission. Even one-time accommodation is not possible. The guest respects the furniture in their room and all the amenities. And must report any malfunctions without waiting. Please preserve the calm between: 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. In time of absence, the bedroom door must be locked and if possible the window and shutter closed. The guest is responsible for tidying up their room and keeping it in a decent state. Cleaning in the shower room and hallway is provided once a week. Sheets are changed every 15 days. During your stay and to respect privacy, the cleaning of the room remains your responsibility and under your responsibility (vacuum cleaner and others are provided). At the end of the stay, the room is returned without damage and emptied of any personal effect. The refrigerator must be emptied of all food and/or beverages. Unless there are exceptions, we do not offer luggage storage Guest access The kitchen is not accessible for cooking. You can put a drink or a salad in the fridge. The large table in the garden is at your disposal, or you can use the dining room table if the weather does not allow you to eat outside.
