Beach Petite, managed by The FAM Holiday Property Management Newcastle, is a studio apartment in the Arena Apartments on Newcastle Beach. Perfect for work or leisure, it puts you right in the heart of Newcastle, with beaches, cafés, restaurants, and city attractions all just moments away - ideal for your next coastal getaway. The space Beach Petite is located on the back of the apartment complex, making it surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. The space is small. Perfect for one person or a couple. The apartment is filled with quality furnishings and styling. The bedroom offers a medium plush queen bed with bamboo sheets and cotton covers. The room can be closed off from the living space for a good nights sleep. The living room has a comfortable lounge, dining table and 32 inch Samsung Frame TV that can be swivelled to watch all of your favourite programmes from the living room or balcony. Enjoy the balcony with outdoor dining table and Parisian cafe style bar chairs. Unfortunately our apartment does not have beach views as we are located at the rear side of the building. Back inside there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal including oil and salt and pepper. The bathroom has a walk in shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the European style laundry. Please contact us for parking details as there are a few really good free parking options available. Beach Petite is located on Shortland Esplanade which is directly across from Newcastle Beach. Just a few minutes walk to the light rail, beaches, CBD, restaurants and cafes. We are located inside the track for the Super Cars, we do not have a view of the track. Our apartment is located in a secure complex which allows guests to feel safe while traveling. As the complex is secure our keys are located in a lockbox at the building next door, this is 65 meters or a 1 min walk. Access is conveniently available 24 hours per day.
