ANTLIA (Cabin #1) - Modern, off-grid micro-cabin at Meridian63° in the Bonshaw Hills. This 200 sq ft cabin features a cozy 70 sqft loft with a queen Endy mattress. On the lower level, you'll find seating, a cooler, and a small storage room. Powered by solar with battery backup and a propane heater. Just a short walk to on-grid washrooms and the communal kitchen. Centrally located between Charlottetown, Borden, and Cavendish—a perfect place to disconnect and relax. We look forward to hosting you! The space ANTLIA: Named after a constellation in the Southern Hemisphere, meaning "air pump"—a nod to mountain biking! Located at the lower east treeline in Strathgartney Park, Antlia is a 200 sq ft off-grid cabin that’s small but perfect for a cozy stay. The cabin features floor-to-ceiling windows and is powered by a solar battery for lighting and device charging. The sleep loft, accessible by ladder, has a comfortable queen Endy mattress. The living space includes a loveseat, ottoman, chair, side tables, and a large cooler. It’s heated with a propane heater, but floors can be cold, so packing slippers is a good idea. There’s also a small utility space with storage and a sink for hand-washing. Newly renovated luxury 3/4 washrooms with large rainfall showers are less than 300 feet away. Outside, you'll find a picnic table, a large firepit with a cooking grill, and kindling and a bag of firewood provided with your booking. Adjacent to the washrooms, the common kitchen in the main building is equipped with a fridge, stove, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. It also features a large deck and BBQ Guest access Newly renovated luxury 3/4 washrooms with large rainfall showers are available to guests, less than 300 feet from the cabin. Towels and face cloths are provided. Please note that WiFi signals may not be strong in the cabin—it's good to disconnect now and then! :) If you need internet access, you can connect to the Meridian63° network near the main building. Other things to note Meridian63° offers a unique experience to PEI. Geared toward outdoor adventurers, our minimalist micro-cabins are just steps from more than 25km of single track trail, ideal for hiking or mountain biking. Meridian63° is centrally located - 30 minutes from Borden (Confederation Bridge), 20 minutes from downtown Charlottetown, and 35 minutes from Cavendish. Nothing is far away on PEI. To get to your cabin, turn off of Highway 1 into the Strathgartney Provincial Park and drive through the gates and continue to the Meridian63° Luxury Camping area. Please park in the spaces close to the main building. The cabin is approximately 400ft away. This is very much still a campground so there will be some walking involved! If you want to add to your stay, Meridian63° also offers mountain bike lessons and tours! Whether you’re starting out and need to learn the fundamentals, or are a seasoned rider but want to get the most out of the PEI trails, our BICP certified instructors will ensure you have a great experience.
