You’ll access property on dirt (gravel) roads, approximately 1.6 miles from County Road via Kent Hill Road (has a curvy hill so take it slow), or 3.1 miles from Rte. 14, but relatively flat with some curves. Road conditions in winter and spring are variable and during these months, AWD vehicles with good tires are recommended. Approximately a 1 hour drive from Stowe or Burlington and 20 minutes from Montpelier. Guest access First and second floors of the house available for guests, as well as the fire pit. Other things to note Gravel roads that lead to the house (1.6 miles on Kent Hill Rd, 3.1 miles on Pekin Brook Rd) can have variable conditions during winter and spring. AWD vehicles with good tires recommended.
