Its 1000 m2 garden, shaded and totally enclosed, invites young and old to wonderful moments of relaxation and games... Your animal friends are welcome! The space Typical house of the region, built around 1960, with its stone walls and slate roof. On the raised GROUND FLOOR: - An entrance with access to the floor. - A large separate and equipped kitchen: dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, filter coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, toaster, raclette grill, fridge/freezer, electric pyrolysis oven, microwave, 3-burner gas + 1 electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine... - A living/dining room: sofa and 2 armchairs, TV, books, board games and tourist documentation. Free internet (Fiber) (Wi-Fi and Ethernet) - A bathroom (shower, sink) with toilet. UPSTAIRS: 4 bedrooms, a bathroom (shower, sink) and a separate toilet. - Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160 x 200 - Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140 x 190 - Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90 x 200 (can become 1 bed 180) and 1 baby bed 60 x 120 - Bedroom 4: 1 bed 140 x 190 and 1 bed 90 x 190 All beds are fitted with blankets, pillows and/or bolsters. Rental options: - Bed linen rental: €10/bed - Bed linen + towels rental: €10/person END-OF-STAY CLEANING option (excluding garbage and dishes): €60 For professional stays, the cleaning fee is mandatory. Heating, electricity (excluding electric vehicle recharge) and tourist tax are included in the price.
