Floasis is located 1.3 miles from the beach, with lots of activities, restaurants and shops nearby... but honestly, once you get to the house you won't want to leave! You will have your private good size pool, hot tub, an amazing covered deck to relax and dine and a big grassy area for the kids or dogs to run, yoga, relaxation or just for soaking in the florida weather! It's the perfect oasis for a couple, a small family, or 2 couples! (Although most of our guests report it's hard to leave the house :D) - Bikes, beach gear, and toys make exploring easy. - House is comfy with beautiful design and has everything you need - Designed by @detoridesign with comfort and guest experience in mind. - A host that *really* cares about your experience ;) ! -------------------------------------------------------------------- *MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTION* (For the ones that have a bit of time and want to know all the details and feel of the space) ROOM 1: This is the most comfortable room, it has a KING BED with a Helix deluxe mattress, an open built in closet, blackout electric shades and a smart Roku TV with access to all the streaming apps and streaming cable. ROOM 2: This is the room with the pool deck access and view! It's small but mighty! It has a QUEEN BED with a Helix deluxe mattress, a built in open closet, electric blackout shades and a resort feel! You can open the doors and go out straight to the hot tub, it is special... you'll have a hard time choosing between the 2 rooms! GAME ROOM: This room has a very nice relaxing vibe, this is where everyone in your group will end up hanging out! With a hanging chair, a big built in sofa with tons of pillows, an ATARI game console for afternoons filled with fun and a DAYBED that can be used as a sofa or as a Twin bed. The daybed has a Helix deluxe mattress too so it will be as comfortable for the kids as for the extra adult that wants to join the trip and doesn't mind sleeping in an open space of the house. In this room you will find the closet with the washer and dryer too. BATHROOM: This is my favorite space of the house, it's the only bathroom in the house so we wanted to make it special! It's small, but with everything you need. All done with natural materials it has a sort of spa feel; Inside it has the small vanity with an extra shelf to place your belongings, an open shower with a glass panel (no door), and the french doors that head out to the outdoor enclosed area with the original clawfoot tub of the house, so that you can soak with a glass of wine watching the stars! This outdoor enclosure has a door that heads out to the deck, which you can lock from inside, and the french doors have an electric blackout shade. KITCHEN: Completely new with samsung appliances (refrigerator, range oven, microwave), a big kitchen sink and dishwasher. It has a big breakfast bar with 2 stools perfect for quick meals or for the others to join the conversation while you cook. It's fully equipped and ready for you to make a mess (or not) but to enjoy it and cook or bake anything you want for your family, significant other or friends! Small appliances we provide: Drip coffee maker, tea pot, Nutri Bullet, blender, electric mixer and toaster. If there is something specific you think you need for your stay, let me know and I'll do my best to get it for you! BACKYARD: The backyard is truly a private oasis, it's fully fenced and we added an extra screen on top of the fence for complete privacy from the neighbors. POOL: Good size and depth pool, it is not heated but if you feel cold just jump in the hot tub! We'll guarantee you'll want to jump back in to the cold pool after some time in the hot tub, it's a great combination. Pool floats provided! HOT TUB: 5 seats hot tub, the comfortable seats have purposefully arranged jets that massage you head to toe! It has a cover with a lift system that is easy to open or close. We know you will spend a lot of time soaking here, the only thing we ask is to follow some simple rules to keep the hot tub working! DECK: The outdoor dining seats 6 with chairs and bench on one side. In front of the dining area you will find the built in hammock, a cool place to chill out after a big lunch! The deck also has a small conversation area with a loveseat and 2 chairs. Right next to the conversation area there is the door with access to the outdoor bathroom enclosure with clawfoot tub, this door can be locked from inside. CLEANING PRODUCTS: We provide eco-friendly cleaning products that give back to the environment! (hand soap, dish soap, dish sponge, laundry detergent, multi purpose spray, tree free toilet paper, recycled paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash) Guest access You will have the whole house and backyard to yourselves! This is truly your private Florida Oasis! Other things to note The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but occasionally you will hear the neighbors outside in their backyards cooking, enjoying their pools or doing landscaping work. We ask our guests to please be very respectful of the neighbors and follow the quiet rules strictly, we take noise complaints very seriously as we want to keep the peace, quiet and authenticity of the neighborhood so that many more travelers like you can get to enjoy the authentic florida life.
