This is a fairly unique townhouse in the centre of Exeter which has lots to love. It is near to cafes, bars, and shops as well as next door to the river where one can walk, run and cycle. Several gyms and two pools are also very nearby. The house extends over five floors, so it is not good for very small children or people with mobility issues. It has a large garage and free parking outside the garage. Everybody who has stayed in this house has loved it. We are looking to let it whilst abroad
