The mini house near the sea

Small cabin (30 sqm) in Apelviken's best location. Close to the beach, Apelvikens restaurants and Varberg city center. One double bedroom for two people on the ground floor and two spring beds in the loft. Bedding and cleaning are not included but can be ordered extra. Fully-equipped small kitchen. Charging box for electric car. Most of the time, you have access to the garden with sea views all by yourself without being disturbed by neighbors. The cottage is located on the property of a summer cottage that is almost only used during the summer. The space The cottage is a fairly new architect-designed Attefallshus of 30 sqm. From the plot you can see the garden and the beach, which is about 200 meters from the cabin. The bedroom has 2 new beds (fixed) that stand next to each other. The total size is 200 * 160 cm. The kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, combined oven/microwave and dishwasher, is part of a small living room. The bathroom with tiled walls has a toilet, sink and shower. The cottage is heated by an air heat pump, but there is also underfloor heating, which can be turned on if desired and if it is hot outside, you can run the air conditioning. The large window section can be folded up so that the patio becomes an integral part of the kitchen/living room. Guest access Guests of the cottage may use the garden and all garden furniture. Electric vehicle charging box is available and it may be used by agreement on price per kWh. Other things to note The cottage is good for a small family. There is a charging box for electric cars that can be used for a fee. Towels, sheets and cleaning are not included, but can be arranged via direct contact with me (Jan).
