Welcome to our Florida Retreat, 8.7 miles from the closest Disney park! Fun memories await at our beautiful, 4-bed townhome (2 masters), located in the fun-filled, gated community of Regal Palms Resort. This resort has a lazy river, waterslide, zero-entry pool, pool bar & grill, and more! The home boasts an entirely updated kitchen. Our family-friendly retreat can help make your stay magical and memorable, just like it has been for us! We pay resort fees, so that's included in our price. The space Our home is newly renovated and newly painted, with all new appliances. Even though our home is one of the nicest in the resort, you will find that our rates are priced significantly lower than average. Here was our first review: 5 stars! I loved this home! It was great for our trip to Disney. It wasn't too far from the parks either. The check-in process took no time and everyone was very friendly and helpful. My family and I plan on making Disney an annual trip and I would love to stay here again! The hosts were very involved in the whole process beginning to end and they aren't opposed to suggestions to make the stay even better! This was the best Airbnb I have stayed in this far! LIVING/DIN ROOM: Gather and unwind in the spacious combined living/dining room connected to an open, modern kitchen. The dining table seats 8 and there are four seats available at the breakfast bar. A bench in the entry can also be placed at the head of the table for more room. Two high chairs are stored in a closet. The living room is a central gathering space, containing a leather sofa and loveseat, and opening up to a patio where you can sit outdoors and enjoy the Florida sunshine! Enjoy the large, flat-screen TV with cable and Roku above the dining table. UPSTAIRS MASTER SUITE: The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large closet, 2 dressers, a large flat-screen TV with cable, and a private, full ensuite bathroom. KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen, just like home! Updated with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. For the little ones, we have small-size plastic dishes and utensils. A porta-crib and two high chairs are located in the downstairs master closet. DOWNSTAIRS MASTER SUITE: This second master suite is located on ground level and is perfect for elderly or disabled guests. This lovely room also makes it easy and comfortable for two families to share our home! The bedroom connects to a pass-through, ensuite full bathroom, which also opens to the front entrance hallway. There is a Queen Bed, two dressers, and a large flat-screen TV with cable. MARVEL AVENGERS bedroom: A wall mural and tapestry makes you feel transported into the world of Marvel Avengers! Features two twin beds, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a closet. GIRLS DISNEY PRINCESS ROOM: Be immersed in the magic of Disney! Young princesses will feel right at home with the castle wall mural and Disney princess theme. Features a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full bed underneath (sleeps 2 children). A flat-screen TV with cable, and a closet. Guest access We pay guests' resort fees, so that's included in the advertised price. Regal Palms Resort includes the following services: 24-hour Receptionist, 24-hour Guarded Gate, Lazy River, Water Slide, Adult Pool, Zero Entry Pool, Hot Tub, Free Access to Indoor Playground at Banana Jack's, Health Club (including steam/sauna area, gym, locker rooms, and showers), Internet Access in Business Center, Wi-Fi in the Clubhouse Area, Children's Playground, Regularly Scheduled Activities, and Sand Volleyball Court. Five BBQ areas are available throughout the resort, first come, first serve. Flotation devices are provided in the unit for guests’ enjoyment and convenience in the water park, and these can be inflated at the small store next to the pool entry gate. At the front desk, guests can check out a volleyball, bean bags for cornhole, and Connect Four pieces (giant outdoor size, located in the pool area). Pool hours are 8:00 am to 11:00pm. Guests have access to Frankie Farrell's restaurant, including its poolside bar and grill from 12 PM to 11 PM. They also run the arcade and ice cream parlor for the same hours. Arcade games are available for per-game small fees. However, during down seasons, if the restaurant has not seen any guests in a while, they tend to close early. The driveway can accommodate two large vehicles, or three small ones. Contact us if you have three vehicles because there is a certain arrangement for parking three cars that the resort requires. If you have an additional vehicle, the front desk can explain where overflow parking is located. Overflow reserved parking has a fee of $10/day. Other things to note We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower. We also provide a couple of bags of single-use laundry detergent packs and dishwasher packs. We provide both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee pot. Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided in canisters in the cupboard next to the fridge. There will be enough coffee to make a couple of pots (Folgers single coffee pot packets), and a few Keurig pods to get you started, but if you are big coffee drinkers you may want to stop at the store and stock up on some more coffee. Cooking spray and salt and pepper are also provided. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. In addition, at the clubhouse, there is a concierge desk called All Guest Services and they are here every day from 8 AM - 12 PM.
