Old farm house that is now used as a hunting camp. We keep it clean but it is very rustic with a mix of old and new furniture. The kitchen is dated but has new appliances for cooking. Located in the heart of the prairie pothole region with excellent hunting. Just over an hour in each direction to Bismarck, Minot, Devil's Lake, and Jamestown. House was built in the 1950s but has new furnace, water heater, and electrical. Three window AC units for summer. The space There is a downstairs bedroom with its own bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. There is also an extra full bed and pullout sofa in the downstairs sunroom. The den has a comfortable sofa and a 65 inch TV while the living room has four comfortable chairs and a fireplace for visiting. Guest access Please do not go into the basement unless you need to access the electrical panel for a tripped breaker. Other things to note If it snows during your stay, you may need to shovel snow or put down salt (both shovel and salt are in the garage). Guests can use the garage to park one car.
