Located in the corner of 3rd Avenue and 26th Street Forbes Town area, our 1-bedroom condo (54-square meter or 581 sqft) guarantees you and your loved ones will be close to virtually everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The space The entire space is 54-sqm. There are 2 beds for 4 guests (1 queen bed and 1 double size bed in the bunk). We’ll prepare an extra folding in the living room if there are extra 2 guests that exceed 4. There’s only 1 bathroom that will be used though so please consider that. Other things to note 1) May I know what brings you here and who are you staying with? 2) How many are guests in total? Will you be able to send all guests’ valid IDs ahead of check-in? The Bldg Admin requires them for check-in processing. Our base pricing is for 2 guests. Kindly adjust your headcount as there’s additional charge for more than 2 guests. —— For photo and video shoots, a separate fee and security deposit applies.
