Situated on 2.5 acres 10km from the Port Lincoln CBD the house is close enough to be right in the thick of the action or blissfully distanced from it all. The choice is yours. Even the drive approaching the property showcases the stunning view of Port Lincoln's trademark wharf/silos and Boston Bay with all it's splendour. This is simply the entrée before arriving and being in awe at everything the house showcases. As you approach the main entrance, we guarantee you will be blown away by the size of the house. Once you have entered, the open plan living with 3m high ceilings and windows in every direction will have you mesmerised. Choose to relax by the (solar heated) pool all day, have a workout in the gym which has to be seen to be believed, swim with Great Whites or dine on Coffin Bay oysters - make yourself at home and take in all the Eyre Peninsula has to offer. Please note, our pool is solar heated, therefore it will only be warm if there's a significant amount of sun around. If the house itself doesn't offer enough freedom, make the most of the 600m2 flat grass area (with stunning views of course) - perfect for playing with the kids, dog or a game of cricket. We are also baby friendly - we have a high chair, change pad and baby bath to make life a little easier when travelling with young ones. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the property except the shed and aquarium service room. Other things to note *** If you would like to bring your furry friend/s to Pure Heaven please let us know when you complete your booking, thankyou :) *** Our 2 sheep, Bella & Ella are responsible for maintaining the grass on the lower, rocky half of the block. They are fully fenced but please be mindful if you plan on taking a dog/s to the house that it is only basic farm fencing separating them from the house area.
