Centrally Located w/ Keyless Entry - 2 BR/1 Bath

The keyless entry makes coming and going a breeze! The home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is attractively furnished with almost anything you might need. The "Upstairs Ridgeway East" home is conveniently located in central Lincoln. The space The "Ridgeway East Upstairs" home is fully furnished with furniture, kitchenware, bed linens, towels, etc. The home has: * Kitchen - with a microwave, full-sized fridge, stove, coffee maker, etc. * 2 bedrooms - each with a queen bed, dresser, and closet. * 1 bathroom - has a tub/shower combo *Living area - with a 49" smart TV. Keep in mind, we do not have cable. They are smart TVs which you can sign into your Netflix/Hulu/Fubo/Sling/etc accounts. The couch is a sleeper couch and can pull out into a queen bed. Be sure to let us know if you would like to have bedding available for it during your stay. *Shared laundry room *Shared fenced front yard *2 Carport stalls - First come first served parking for the whole building. There is also plenty of off street parking in the back. The upstairs and downstairs of the building is connected by common stairs that the whole duplex uses to access the back yard and shared laundry. Guest access The home is all yours! You'll also have access to the shared laundry room and shared outdoor areas. Other things to note We allow pets!! In order to keep this service going, we’d be so thankful for some help from you. We just ask that you add them as a pet on your reservation. We also ask that they stay off the furniture during your time here and that you pick up any waste in the yard left by your pet.
