Maximum 2 adults + infant (by prior approval) Escape to a spacious, private apartment nestled in a quiet setting just minutes from the Pacific Highway. We look forward to welcoming you to our 69 sq m, air-conditioned, self-contained, one bedroom apartment. It is situated on the ground floor under our main residence and is modern and comfortable, bright and airy, with screened windows allowing for the cool summer breeze. You can park on the left side of the driveway, a mere 6 metres from your front door. (Only one step to get inside.) We like to welcome you personally and show you around however, if this is not possible, we will leave a key in the key safe. A complimentary bottle of wine to welcome you and a breakfast hamper for a continental and/or cooked breakfast. You have a large living area with a full kitchen, a large separate bedroom and ensuite bathroom, your own laundry and a deck with table and chairs immediately outside your bedroom overlooking the pool and bushland. There is even a small sunroom next to the front door to relax with your morning coffee. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, double-oven, microwave, four burner cooktop with exhaust fan, double sink and dish washer. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, toasted sandwich maker, airfryer, toaster, rice cooker, hand mixer & blenders, ample pots, pans, cooking utensils and dinner ware. Smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and fire blanket included. Cleaning supplies provided. You will also find a selection of glasses for wine, champagne, beer and liqueurs; and water of course. Your large lounge/dining room includes a leather lounge with reclining seats, coffee tables, glass dining table with chairs, ample cupboard space for your supplies, air conditioning, ceiling fan, smart TV connected to the Internet, board games and DVDs. The air-conditioned bedroom includes a large bed with a selection of pillows and quality linen, bed-side tables and lamps, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. You also have shared access to the pool (in summer) and the clothes line. Guests are welcome to park on the left-hand side of the driveway, just 6m from the front door to the apartment (just one step to get inside). Other things to note Strictly maximum 2 people (or 2 adults + baby). No children. No pets. No smoking. No fake tan please (it permanently stains the bed linen and we have to throw the linen away).
