Relax & enjoy sunsets from the covered boathouse with bar top seating. Walk or bike ride to any of the nearby restaurants. This quaint cottage is unique with exquisite decor to make it have the comforts of home. We have a 150ft Dock with 5 boat slips for our guest! Events are possible with host approval. The space Redfish is a one bedroom (queen sized bed) and one full bathroom. There is a pull out couch (queen size) for kids or additional guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook a meal. There are 5 units on this property. Please be respectful to the neighbors. Private driveway parking for 1 car with additional parking in the adjacent lot car? THERE IS NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY Pets are welcome! Please pick up after them!!!! Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire acre property with courtyard, covered boathouse with ice machine, net camp, dock and much more. We have 150ft dock with 5+ slips available for our guest. We have 10 bikes, battle boards and firepit as well! Other things to note Large Groups?? Rent the Entire property.
