Modern and comfortable, perfectly located to enjoy the sun, sand, vibrant neighborhood, and Barcelona city centre. The space One bedroom recently refurbished apartment with air-conditioning in the lounge room AND bedroom in the emblematic neighbourhood of La Barceloneta. Modern, with lots of natural light, It has just been freshly painted with new bed linen and towels. The apartment has a smart TV in the loungeroom and is equipped with fibre optic wifi internet. You will find all you need for a great stay including a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and a very comfortable bed. It is located in the emblematic neighbourhood of La Barceloneta about a 10-minute walk to the old town and a 15-minute walk to Las Ramblas. Around the apartment are fantastic traditional Spanish seafood restaurants, great clubs and bars, the port, and of course the famous Barceloneta beach where you can sit back and enjoy a cocktail or beer at one of the many beach bars. There is also a fresh food market 3 minutes walk away where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, and seafood to cook at home I will always try to accommodate you with a late check-out or early check-in providing it doesn't conflict with any other booking. Please note that to comply with Catalan law, you must sign a contract on arrival which states your arrival and departure dates, the purpose of your stay, (which must be for leisure / holiday purposes), the amount paid and that you agree that the apartment is not to be used as a permanent residence. If you require a check-in after 10pm, please contact me before booking. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor with no elevator. We will help you bring your suitcase up the stairs.
