The space The condo has a full kitchen with granite counters, primary bedrooms with a Queen bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds and a spacous living room with a large couch that sleep another family member and a love seat. New tile throughout, with new trim, doors, lights etc. It is wonderful to be outside but a pleasure to dwell inside as well. The condo is on the first floor, no stairs or elevators - open the door and go to the beach ( not roads to cross :-), private access) or take a dip in a all year around heated pool! Being a ground floor unit, it has the feel of a single family home. Perfect when you bring groceries in :-). Take time and nourish yourself with with ocean air, Florida sun, Palm Trees, sand beach and incredible wildlife. There is so much to do! Boogie boarding, surfing, fishing from the shore, deep sea fishing (caught a big fish bring it to Rusty's oyster bar and they will cook it for you), luminicent kayaking tours, check out manatees and dolphins, jesting, paragliding, airboat tours etc etc. Or go shopping to Ron Jon or to Cocoa Pier, it has tourist hopes, bars and restaurants along with "on the water" pier dining!
