This newly furnished unit includes dinner table accommodating four guests, the Kitchen is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances and basic cook wear needed for the stay. The living room boasts a comfy couch, ottoman, (2) reclining chairs and large flat screen tv with Wi-Fi for streaming your favorite shows and movies. The living room has large sliding glass doors with view of the gulf access canal. In the Livingroom there is a desk to catch up on any work or emails. Sleeping accommodations are as follows. The Guest room has (1) queen bed, a dresser with mirror and large closet. Located between the guest room and Livingroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower toilet and single vanity sink. In unit washer and dryer can be found in hallway off the kitchen next the guest bedroom/bathroom. The Master Bedroom and on Suite Bathroom is located off the living room. The master bedroom is furnished with (1) King bed, dresser with mirror and large closet. Master Bath includes a double vanity, toilet, and tile shower. Guest access Guest has access to full unit as well as the outdoor pool! Other things to note We are very lucky & happy to report that there is no damage to the unit from hurricane Ian. Water and Electric are in working order and the unit is available for bookings.
