The entrance is on a small courtyard that opens in a characteristic alley, in the historic center and near the main square, the beating heart of Sutri, which with its bars and restaurants is an ideal meeting place for a coffee, an aperitif or for a relaxing moment. For its exposure, facing the alley and back on the Cassia valley, it's particularly quiet and peaceful. The space The house, whose solid construction in tuff stone dates back to the nineteenth century, is on two levels that divide the sleeping area from the living area. Characteristic exposed beams, a large fireplace and a lovely panoramic terrace on the roof, without opposite, are the most valuable elements of the house. On the first floor there is a large bathroom with shower, recently renewed, a bedroom/office and a built-in kitchen that opens onto the large living room, with dining area, with a typical large fireplace. On the upper floor there are two bright bedrooms (1 single and 1 double), a recently renewed bathroom and a terrace. The house is furnished and equipped so that you can stay there comfortably whether for a short holiday, for a long stay or for business purposes. In the latter case, you will be able to find the right concentration in the two workstations specifically designed for remote working, without cluttering up vital spaces in the living room. Our ambitious wish is that you feel at home. However, we ask you to respect some rules so that even the guests who come after you can find a clean, tidy and fragrant environment: smoking is forbidden; it is not allowed to organize parties and banquets.
