Large patio and balcony facing the mountain and garden. Our price is for up to 3 guests, add $50 per each additional guest. All guests must be listed. Primary guest must be at least 23 y.o. In June 2024 internet has been upgraded to hi speed of 500 Mb. Cellphone service via wifi. The space Main level: king size bed bedroom; master bathroom with 2 person jacuzzi bathtub; large living space with TV; dining/socializing room, electric fireplace, access to furnished patio and garden. Loft with two separate sleeping spaces and half bathroom; spacious living space full of light; TV; balcony overlooking river, mountain and garden. Guests staying only on the main level may use the the laundry room and the kitchen located on the basement level. Basement level with a separate entrance: Queen size bed and sleeping sofa large bedroom, TV; a twin size bed cozy bedroom; bathroom with shower cabin and laundry; kitchen with a large breakfast bar, full size refrigerator, coffee station and all cooking gear; common space. Other things to note As of June 2024 internet is hi speed at 500 Mb. Yet, please keep in mind that majority of Hot Springs has poor or no cell phone signal. Phone works via wifi. However, the hot spots cell service is a short drive to the Main St.
