Carriage guest house near the heart of Eastover is your charming home away from home! Just minutes away from I-55, The District & Highland Village shopping centers and restaurants, UMMC, River Hills Country Club as well as Belhaven and Millsaps colleges. There is one queen bed, one twin bed and an air mattress so it’s a perfect spot for a small family or a weekend getaway for two! Smoke free and pet free environment, and a strictly enforced no party or social gatherings of any kind. The space We are a couple blocks from one of the hottest areas in Jackson called “The District” and “Highland Village” with food, drinks and shopping! The Carriage House is decorated comfortably and fun and we want our guests to feel at home! It has all you need for a great stay. We provide the basics like soaps, great towels, kitchen supplies, dishes, shampoo, conditioner, etc! There is an Amazon Firestick for tv access. There is a mini-fridge, stove and microwave in the guesthouse and a washer/dryer. As always, we provide fresh linens and coffee. The closest grocery stores are Whole Foods and Kroger. Guest access: Offering 24-Hour Check-In (Anytime after 3:00 pm). Guests have to the entire guesthouse. House Rules - Do not make a reservation for someone other than yourself - this is against Airbnb terms of service and your reservation will be cancelled. - There are security cameras located on the front porch and back porch. - No pets - No smoking - No use of back porch/yard - No use of pool Coronavirus / Covid-19 precautions taken: We, along with our cleaning staff, are doing our best to take the necessary precautions to provide a clean and safe environment for our guests.
