A unique property that offers the tranquility of rural living combined with the convenience of nearby attractions such as Liverpool J.L Airport (10 mins) and Liverpool City Centre (20 mins). Situated in the heart of Tarbock Green (an ancient village that actually pre-dates the city of Liverpool itself!), this newly-built accommodation offers space for 4 adults, as well as lovely gardens, outdoor dining on the large deck and free of charge use of the 6-person hot tub (24 hours notice required). The space NEW FOR SEPT 2025 - Brand new kitchen! We have now installed a luxurious modern kitchen with breakfast bar. NEW IN NOVEMBER 2023 - Free EV charging!! Charge your EV or plug in hybrid free of charge (dependent on availability) using our tethered type 2 EV charger. As a semi-rural location, we are surrounded by farmers fields in all directions. This provides ample opportunity to go on a nice walk and enjoy the fresh air. For the property itself, initially, guests are greeted with the large living room/dining area. Here you will find 3 double sofa beds (please note, two of these are relatively small doubles) - please let us know if you need any of these setting up prior to your arrival). The entire property is Alexa-connected, therefore all lighting, heating, televisions etc can all be controlled by voice commands. In the living room there is also a brand new, Alexa-connected 43" LED television and a high end Bose home cinema sound system - superb for watching the TV, a film, or even the football on our full Sky package featuring 1000s of films, TV shows and live sports all free-of-charge. Property is NOT suitable for parties. Moving on from the living room, you'll find the star of the show - the master bedroom. Equipped with a luxurious king size bed, 43" television and beautiful home furnishings, this room offers the best the property has to offer, with beautiful views across the surrounding fields. This room is an open plan design with a small kitchenette area opposite. Here you'll find a sink, kettle, toaster and air fryer, all brand new for 2023, a fully stocked fridge/mini-bar and kitchen utensils/silverware etc. Finally, leading off from the master bedroom is the bathroom. This property was only completed in late 2022/early 2023 so everything is brand new, pristine and finished to a high standard. The bathroom boasts a 1000mm x 800mm shower cubicle equipped with rain shower and hot water all year round courtesy of a brand new LPG central heating system. Outside, there is a 6-person hot-tub which offers tranquil views over the garden and fields to the rear. Use of the hot-tub is entirely free of charge for all guests (age restrictions/T's and C's apply). You'll also find ample gardens, a large deck area with seating/dining for 8 and opposite a bar area with small bistro dining area. Guest access As our guest, you will have access to all of the amenities listed above. We are also a 30 second walk from the nearby farmers fields should you wish to go for a wander around the local area. You will also now have access to our 7kWh EV charger (type 2) free of charge. Other things to note We offer free of charge transfers to/from Liverpool airport (terms apply). The lodge is based on the grounds of our own house, so we're always on hand to help if needed. We have 2 children, ages 10 and 6 and currently no pets.
