They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: Bathroom 1 has a shower and a toilet. Also, there is a separate toilet room. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - coffee machine - Caffitaly We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart 60" SONY TV which you can use to access your Netflix. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. TV has access to local channels LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: Off-street parking is available for two vehicles on the gravel nature strip in front of 4 Barrallier St, Griffith, ACT. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. There is a security camera located in the common area, specifically in the carport at the gate, monitoring the entrance pathway as guests walk into the accommodation. There are no cameras inside the property.
