Brackendale Cozy Studio with kitchenette

Studio is on garden level of our home with separate private entrance and access to the garden. Cozy and well furnished with a double bed and a cozy sofa that could accomodate an extra person. The main bathroom is on the 1st floor just five steps up from the studio and well maintained. There is a kitchenette, equipped with all basics. Kettle, tea pot,coffee makers,French press, Keurig machine,toaster, toaster oven,microwave, egg cooker,rice cooker, apartment fridge,water cooler. The space The "In-law studio" is in our home and in a perfect location for people who are visiting relatives and want to be at the center of all activity, be it walking to the river and trails or the lakes or visiting friends. The double bed can sleep two and the small couch is convenient if you need an extra small guest. Skiing, biking, hiking trails, climbing or kite surfing is all just starts outside my front door so use any excuse to stay. It is 35 min from Whistler and 45 min to West Vancouver and 8 minutes from downtown Squamish. We are a blocks away from the Brackendale Art Gallery and restaurant and the Crabapple café. Also within walking distance to the Watershed restaurant located on the river were they film the famous serie Virgin River. Room has a very comfy double bed and the small couch is convenient for an extra small person. The room is very bright, cheery and comfortable with a dining table convenient kitchenette with basic cutting board, cutlery and dishes. All small appliances that are very convenient toaster oven,rice cooker,kettle,coffee maker, bobum, keurig and toaster and microwave. Sorry no cook top stove Guest access Private Access to a large master suite room very bright with two windows facing south with daylight blocking shades You have access to a large back yard and a large deck where you can use the BBQ. There is a large private bathroom on the main floor with a 6 foot Jacuzzi tub and a shower. Access to parking one space in driveway and or directly in front of our house on our street. Try not to park near the corner behind the edges since cars speed around that corner we had a guess who's car was hit at night and no parking down right in front of the garage door it get too slippery to back out. Laundry is available until 10pm. Guests must respect our house rules no loud noise or music after 11pm. No unregistered overnight visitor using shower or the laundry there will be a daily charge of 30.00 for braking the rule. I believe in respecting the rules. Other things to note The room is large 450 sq foot studio ground level of my home with has a private entry through the garage and sleeps two very comfortably. Private bathroom and a functional basic kitchenette There is no extra guest drop in for a sleep over or showers allowed unless it is a registered guests. You're bathroom is located up a few stairs therefore not easy access if using a wheelchair. Recycling bins are at front of the house blue bin for paper and plastics, green for compost and black for garbage. If you need help just ask.
