It is located on the top 5th floor of the Grand Central House building on Engineer Lane, which recently won a Heritage Award for the restoration/ refurbishment of this 19th Century building. Other things to note Important Arrival Information: - For a smooth check-in, we'll send you the secure lockbox access code a few days before your arrival via email or message from your host. Please be sure to check your inbox :) - Please note that we do not have a 24-hour reception. Our team is available in the building from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily. - Luggage drop-off is available anytime after 11:00 AM. - Parking is not included, but there are paid options nearby (ICC & Midtown Car Parks).
