The space The space The apartment is on first floor in a house. It's new and all the furnishing and renovations are of high quality. You will be in an ideal location in the city where you can find all kinds of public transport: subway, tram and bus, including the night bus. You can visit the most interesting places of day and night Sofia. Our home is a stylish, comfortable place with brilliant atmosphere. Our living room is furnished with a 50 inch TV, sofa bed, dining table and chairs and open plan kitchenette fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, refrigerator, electric cooker, electric kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine. The bedroom is equipped with comfortable double bed and a small sofabed for children. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine. There is cable TV and Wi-Fi available for your convenience. And if you need anything else you just have to alert us and we will do our best to give it to you as soon as possible so you can have the greatest stay with us. Other things to note 🍾 No parties or events allowed. 🚭 No smoking. 🐾 No pets allowed. 🚫 No unregistered guests allowed. 🔇 Respect noise restrictions. ❄️ Turn off air conditioning or radiators when leaving. ⏰ Respect check-in and check-out times. 🔑 Take care of keys (If you lose your keys, a replacement fee will be charged) 🛋️ Take care of the furniture. 🚫 No illegal substances are allowed in the apartment. ‼️ Failure to comply with any of the rules will result in a fee of 50 euros for each violation. The streets around the apartment are paid zone - Green zone. It cost 0,50 € per hour. There are signposts with payment information. Up the street (200 meters) have a private parking.
