Our house has a beautiful swimming pool (10x5), a game room with a pool table, a barbecue, a pizza oven, fruit trees, a vegetable garden and lots of space! Located within a gated community, with 24-hour security, just 1 hour's drive from São Paulo. The space Beautiful house with 5 large and airy bedrooms, on 1,200 meters of land. On the social floor we have two bedrooms with a bathroom and balcony doors for access to the garden and swimming pool. In addition to a toilet, two living rooms, dining room and kitchen. On the other floor, we have a suite, two bedrooms (single and double) and another bathroom. Our house has a large swimming pool (recently renovated) and a slide for small children, as well as sun loungers, garden tables and a parasol. In addition to a gourmet space with a table for 10 people, barbecue, pizza oven and wood stove. In this social area we also provide a professional pool table. Finally, you will also find a vegetable garden and fruit trees, such as lemon trees (carnation and sicialino), orange tree, acerola and jabuticabeira. Our space is suitable for children and animals, as it has railings and gates throughout the space. Our caretakers, always available during stays, also use the social entrance to enter the property. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire property. House, backyard with pool, leisure area with pool, barbecue, pizza oven, wood-fired stove and pool table. They are also allowed to walk around the condominium, for walks and trails. Upon payment of "day use," they can attend the existing club within the condominium. It has restaurants, swimming pools, tennis courts, beach tennis, soccer field and basketball court and waterfall. Other things to note Parties and more than 10 guests are NOT allowed. We ask for respect for our dear neighbors. The provision of services by third parties during the rental is NOT allowed. If you want support, you can hire our housekeepers for simple tasks such as cleaning, housekeeping, cooking, and barbecuing. The daily rate is negotiated directly with them and is part of the rental amount. Bed and bath linens NOT included. Possibility of renting bed linen for an extra fee. R$ 50.00 per room. Cleaning supplies, trash bags and toilet paper NOT included. A list with the full name of all visitors, IDs, car model and license plate will be required to access the condominium.
