VAMOS A VER is a spacious 133㎡ private house located just a 15-minute walk from Onjuku Station and a 5-minute walk from the beach. The living room offers plenty of space to relax and features a 75-inch TV with terrestrial channels, plus access to Netflix and YouTube. We provide 2 free electric bicycles, making it easy to get around the area or travel to and from the station. On the 2nd-floor wooden deck, you can enjoy a simple BBQ—perfect for families or groups of friends. Pets are not allowed The space For allergy-related and other considerations, pets are not allowed at this property. The house is well-equipped with home appliances and kitchen amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay even for long-term guests. Enjoy a relaxing time in a spacious and welcoming environment. 【For Guests Traveling with Children】 Children 6 years old and under can stay for free when sharing a bed with an adult. Please make your reservation excluding children who will be sharing a bed, and just let us know the number of children in a message after booking. Other things to note ・Regarding Visitors If anyone other than registered guests wishes to enter or use the property, please contact us in advance. Additional fees will apply. Unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited. If unauthorized entry is confirmed, a fee of ¥6,000 per person per day will be charged. ・Logging Out of Streaming Services If you use your personal accounts (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.) on the TV, please make sure to log out before check-out. We cannot be held responsible for any charges or issues caused by forgotten logouts. Please manage your own account settings carefully. ・The entire property is non-smoking (including all outdoor areas). ＊Cleaning fees will apply for violations. ・Noise Caution: Please be considerate of noise at night and early in the morning. ・When leaving the building: Please turn off the air conditioner and lights, and close the windows. ・Be cautious when using heating or cooking appliances. ・Damage & Cleaning If any items are damaged or lost, we may charge the cost of repair, replacement, or disposal. If the property is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee may be applied. If large items such as suitcases are left in the room or around the property after check-out, a ¥5,000 disposal fee will be charged. Please note that any costs required to restore the property to its original condition will be the responsibility of the guest. ・Regarding the appearance of bedding: Bedding that differs from that shown in the photos may be used. ・Regarding cleaning delays: Cleaning may be delayed 1-3 hours depending on the conditions of the day.
