(This covers the cost of restoring the room to its original condition.) If any equipment, furniture, or items are lost or broken, a compensation fee may be charged. (This also covers the cost of restoration to the original condition.) Only registered guests, or visitors who have informed us in advance, are allowed to enter. Unauthorized entry will result in an additional charge of 6,000 JPY per person per day. ＊If you contact us in advance, temporary visitors (non-staying guests) may be allowed with an additional fee. If any evidence of smoking is found, a special cleaning fee (including odor removal) will be charged separately. ・Please pay special attention to noise at night and early morning. ・Please close the windows, turn off the air conditioner and the lights in the room when you go out. ・Please be careful when using cooking utensils, heaters, and other fire-hazardous equipment. ・Actual costs for repair, replacement, or disposal of damaged or lost equipment or fixtures , including additional cleaning is required, may be charged separately. ・After check-out, if large items such as suitcases are left in the room or on the premises etc , a disposal fee of 5,000 JPY will be charged. ・Quilt covers and bed sheets may differ from the picture on our page as we change them for cleaning.
