Natural cottage with pond

This small paradise is located in a wooded area with a private plot of +/- 3000m2 with a large natural pond in the center that is preserved as much as possible in its natural qualities. In this way, everyone can enjoy the colors, smells and sounds that nature has to offer. This cozy cottage is recommended at any time of the year. During the summer, nature provides a cooling while during the winter the fire of the stove warms you from the inside. The space After a complete renovation, the nature house was christened Wabi-Sabi: a Japanese philosophy of life. Wabi-Sabi refers to the desire for austerity. The white walls, the white beams on the ceiling and the wooden floor contribute to the feeling of peace. Furthermore, the interior was designed as minimalist as possible so that there is room for your thoughts and your feelings. Wabi-Sabi stands for the nostalgic realization that everything passes. The dark brown frames of the windows and doors frame the wooded view like living paintings on the wall. The view changes with the seasons and with time. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy living room with pellet stove (during the winter the stove starts automatically in the morning so that it is always warm), a writing corner and a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, large sink and toilet.
