Queen Catherine Apartment Suite

The Roost is comprised of 3 private apartments all on the 2nd floor of our downtown building. The Catherine suite is a curated two bedroom apartment, full of vintage finds and cozy amenities. Just blocks from Shequaga Falls, a stunning cascade right downtown. As you walk this small town main street you will find basic necessities, including brews and coffee. Montour Falls is central to all that the Finger Lakes has to offer, and minutes from Watkins Glen. The space Queen Catherine is a two bedroom one bath apartment, designed for a family or small group. The vintage curated living spaces are fully stocked and ready for you to make yourself at home. KITCHEN You will find the kitchen to be stocked with all the essentials, cookware and some basic pantry items for your use. As foodies we strive to fill the space with whatever you might need to cook a romantic meal. We will make sure you always have coffee, cream and a seasonally inspired pastry when you wake up. BEDROOM 1 Bedroom 1 features gorgeous queen sized bed with a playful forest accent wall, satin cotton sheets, and plush down. A small shelf for essentials, light and USB charging ports is one either side. There is a dresser and hanging space for your clothing. This is a small room, just the necessities. The room has two doors, and no window. Bedroom 2 Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed with a lofted twin above it. Each bed is set up with sateen cotton and feather filled linens for a great sleep away from home. There is a closet for your storage needs and street facing window. LIVING & DINNING ROOMS These spaces are designed with your comfort and use in mind. The living room is furnished for lounging, with a television with a roku and Netflix, and a work desk. The dinning space has a custom table top and bench seating, backing up to the kitchen breezeway. A selection of books and games are available, along with a streaming enabled television for your entertainment. BATHROOM Our small bathroom gets the job done in style. An array of bath products are here for you just in case, we have you covered! LOOKING BACK & FORWARD- The Building The Roost at Montour Falls is home to three newly renovated apartments, all are available here on Air BnB. These apartments mark the revival of this old row building, and have been a labor of love. You will notice that there are projects still to be completed around the building, for example new siding is in the plans, your support will help us continue this revival. That said, your apartment and the lobby are completely renovated and set for your enjoyment and relaxation.
