Just 45 minutes south of St. John's, you can enjoy the best of what rural (& metro) Newfoundland has to offer. The space SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEWS & OUTDOOR SPACES From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by an ocean view that can be seen straight on through the front door. You can also enjoy breathtaking ocean views right from the HOT TUB on our back deck, or from our newly added fire pit! PRIVATE DECK & HOT TUB Our newly constructed back deck features a see-through glass railing system, allowing you to fully appreciate the ocean view. FULLY RENOVATED & OPEN CONCEPT Everything you need on one level! Completely transformed into a modern, open-concept beach-themed living space, designed to invite group conversation. Our kitchen is stocked with the best of everything! All stainless steel kitchen appliances are new and easy to use, along with the utensils needed to cook a full meal and entertain your guests. You'll feel as if you're living your best life during your stay in this home away from home. MODERN ROOMS With flat-screen TVs equipped with Internet streaming entertainment, there’s always something to watch. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed with a Casper brand mattress for ultimate comfort, as well as a bathroom access door. The second bedroom has a great ocean view, a new bed/mattress and is beautifully decorated for your enjoyment and comfort during your stay. BEACH HOUSE BATHROOM Transformed into a beautifully decorated nautical theme, you'll enjoy every detail within this space. From the octopus arms that stretch across the walls, to the brand-new tub, right down to the shiplap whiteboard walls. This bathroom was designed to inspire our guests as they enjoy their stay on the East Coast of Newfoundland. WORK REMOTELY Enjoy the calm environment and ocean views while working remotely at our modern & convenient office desk situated within our main living space. Guest access The full property, excluding the basement, is available for guests. Other things to note This property has a smart lock that allows entrance via code. Should guests get locked out, we can unlock the door remotely. We also have a doorbell camera that we can communicate through should you have trouble unlocking the main door. This community is very friendly, with many roaming house pets (and wildlife; moose, fox, bald eagles, etc.), and there are many great hiking trails nearby to explore. We provide STARTER items for your stay, coffee, tea, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc., but it's expected that guests come prepared with additional provisions as needed. The closest grocery store is Foodland, located 10-12 minutes away (also has a liquor store). The closest convenience store called "Powers" is 5 minutes away in Tors Cove, and another called "The Hutch" is 8 minutes away in Mobile and also has a liquor store.
