The cottage is adjacent to our own family home, with your privacy always assured. If you prefer, we are also happy to chat, regarding local events or any other requirements An off-street, single vehicle guest park, is provided for your comfort This modern newly built cottage, consists of, one bedroom with a comfy queen-size bed for a restful nights’ sleep, combined bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and heated towel rail, a well equipped kitchen and an open plan living area, that opens to an outdoor veranda and decks The veranda overlooks a cosy, tranquil garden setting, for year round peace and privacy. A gas BBQ is available for your use too There is free fibre internet, Wi-Fi, with a fair use application, along with a Smart TV. Channels include Freeview NZ, TVNZ+, plus You Tube and Netflix, using your own personal login credentials Healthy filtered drinking water, Infinity gas water heater, for endless hot showers and a heat pump air conditioning unit for year round comfort Complimentary consumables are provided for short stays, on arrival – e.g., milk, tea, coffee and a simple breakfast Longer stays will require you to purchase further items from a nearby supermarket Want more to do while in Hawkes Bay?
