The King bedroom features an upholstered bed with memory foam mattress and reclaimed wood accent wall. This bedroom has a small, simple ensuite bathroom with a small stall shower. The Queen bedroom has a Serta mattress, vaulted ceiling and a ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom has two twin pillow top beds, and a reading nook with large chaise lounge (about the size of a toddler bed). A double high Queen air mattress is also provided to sleep guests #7 and #8 if needed. ** NOTE: All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the home. ** Kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. Maytag front-loading washer/dryer are located off of the kitchen for your convenience. The dining room is furnished with Crate & Barrel table and chairs, which comfortably accommodates 6 but can seat up to 8. A small powder room is located off of the dining room, under the stairs. The living room has a 55” Samsung Frame TV that looks like art! Access Netflix, Sling (cable) and several other apps on this smart TV. 3 private off-street parking spots are located directly behind our backyard area. The backyard space is fenced in with a privacy fence, and includes a deck/lounge, a patio area with wood dining table, a gas grill and fire pit. Our home is a few blocks from High, so it’s very easy to find whatever you need within a few minutes walk, but also escape to a more quiet setting when you want to.
