Easy access to all the best of the Front Range and mountains, plus a lovely backyard and patio where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise! The space You will enter the home by navigating down the side of the home's rock path to the backyard and find the patio with the entryway. With natural light, access to the yard, and plenty of living space, this will never feel like a basement. Owners reside on the top floor, and you will not interact or have access to the upstairs. Guest access You will have access to the yard, a small patio, and large kitchenette. Two bedrooms, one has a bunk with two full size beds and the other is a queen size. If needed, we have an extra full size floor mattress for guests. Other things to note To access this home, you will park on the street and walk down the side of the home to get access to the yard and then find the entry way to your spot. Owners live upstairs and are extremely quiet, we just ask you to be mindful of those above as they are of you. Thanks!
