The space The chalet consists of four double bedrooms, large open plan living room, dining and kitchen. Large windows, a wrap around balcony and a deck enable guests to enjoy the comfort of modern living space existing in harmony with beautiful alpine surroundings. All bedrooms have a shower and a comfy memory foam mattresses. The living room has a stunning cathedral ceiling which highlights the barn’s original exposed post and beam construction. The modern kitchen is equipped to professional standards. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is equipped to serve as a formal home office. There is an independent fully equipped laundry room. The kitchen is equipped to professional standards and will satisfy the most demanding cooks. Room allocation is as following: Mid-level (entrance to the chalet) - three double master bedrooms (one of them can be used as a home office). An independent laundry room with washer and dryer. Top level - en-suite master bedroom, living room with TV, large dining area and open plan kitchen, toilet, access to balcony with a BBQ. The parking area in front of the chalet can accommodate 2- 4 cars. Guest access All rooms and areas listed in the description are available for the guests. The guests will not share the space with other people or the owners during their stay. Other things to note The house is within a short walk (5-7 minutes) of tennis courts, an outdoor and indoor Olympic size swimming pool, mini golf, and a skate park. A variety of VTT and road cycling routes available from your doorstep. A car is recommended. The ski and hiking areas of Saint Gervais and Les Contamines can also be accessed by public transport just a short walk from the property. There is a custom built tree house guest can use at their own risk during the summer.
