Welcome to Indianapolis! Enjoy your stay just minutes from Downtown in Bates Hendricks. Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has been freshly renovated with brand new furnishings. Conveniently located close to Indy’s most popular destinations; Lucas Oil Stadium, Motor Speedway, Fountain Square, Fletcher Place, Garfield Park & more! You’ll love being so close to all the shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and entertainment the city has to offer. Less than a mile from all major highways. The space The Palmer House is a beautifully remodeled cottage-style home that has been fully furnished with the perfect living room to recline and watch movies with the family or huddle around the table and play games with your friends. The kitchen is an open concept that allows you to always be a part of the action! The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, 32in smart TV, closet storage, and a personal office desk if needed. There is also a memory foam futon sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping space. Attached, you will find your own private bathroom and shower with high-end finishes and extra towels. The first guest room comes with two twin beds and additional closet space. Right down the hall, you will find the updated guest bathroom, with a shower and tub combo. The third bedroom is opposite the master so it provides additional privacy. In this room, you will find a queen bed, 32in TV, closet storage and another desk with a vanity mirror for your convenience. Lastly, you will find our 'wet room' with the washing machine and dryer. Out the back door, we have a private run that leads to a small patch of grass, and in the summer months, we will have our furniture out for you to enjoy! Guest access There is plenty of street parking directly in front of our home, making it easy to come and go. There is also a dedicated parking spot just as you enter the alleyway alongside the property. Please be mindful not to block the alleyway.
